CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?
Generally, if we have an available slot at the time of enquiry, one of our audiologists should be able to see you. However, to ensure you can definitely get an appointment, it's best to book online here, or give us a call on 09 217 6944 to check our availability.
WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?
We have access to the Southern Cross Health Insurance Easy Claims portal and can help you submit a claim at the time of your appointment, if your policy covers. We will let you know at the time of your appointment about this. However, if you are with another health insurance provider, we can provide you with the receipt so you can submit a claim. Just let one of our team know at the time of your appointment.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING OPTIONS?
We offer 12-month interest free payment options with Q Card and
Q Mastercard, which you can apply for at the time of your appointment. It is a quick 10 minute sign up process and our team can assist you with this. You will need to provide your details to the Q Card team for approval.
ARE MY HEARING AIDS FUNDED?
If you fall under one of the funding subsidy schemes for hearing aid subsidy and are eligible, we can apply for funding on your behalf:
