CAA & Pre-Employment Hearing Assessments Auckland

We offer hearing assessments in accordance to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) for individuals wanting to get into or are already in the industry. The hearing assessment will be recorded on the approved CAA audiogram form.

We also offer Pre-Employment Checks for individuals wanting to join the New Zealand Fire or Police Department, or other industries that require a Pre-Employment Check prior to joining.

A copy of your audiogram can be provided to you or your employer.

Please ensure you bring a valid Passport or New Zealand Driver's Licence with you to the assessment.

Please book this as an Adult Hearing Test and leave a comment that this will be a Pre-Employment Assessment. Alternatively, you can call us to make a booking so we have the correct forms and information available prior to your appointment.

We require payment at the time of your hearing assessment.

If you are unable to pay for this in full, we also offer Q Mastercard and HealthNow payment options.

Q Mastercard is a Mastercard provider that you can sign up to at any time.

We can provide assistance at the time of your appointment to apply for your new Q Mastercard, which will be sent to you once Q Mastercard processes your application.

At the end of your appointment, a member of our team can assist you with the application and process the request for payment at the same time.

HealthNow is an individual financial provider that allows you to gain access to health treatments without delay due to financial hardship.

For your appointment to be paid by HealthNow, it's as simple as downloading the app on your phone or on your computer prior to your apppointment, signing up to an account, and selecting your payment plan.

At the time of your appointment, we will require your 4-digit code at the end of your appointment to process the payment request through the HealthNow portal. Please make sure you have your phone handy.

If your appointment is funded by your employer, we will require written approval from them that your appointment will be funded by the company. If not, you will be required to pay on the day.

Alternatively, if your employer is willing to reimburse you for the appointment, you can pre-pay for it and we can issue you the invoice for your employer to reimburse you after the appointment.
