Complaints Form

We continuously aim to improve the quality of our services provided and understanding your concerns will help us identify areas for improvement.

 

You have rights under the Code of Rights, including the right to complain for yourself or on behalf of someone else. We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within five working days of receiving it and provide a response within 10 working days of receiving it.

 

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your complaint, we can look at this again through our escalation process.
